Honestly I have tried so many different mouth tapes from all over and this one, it works like no other. It also works with facial hair!!

This tape helps control my breathing which gives me a restful sleep without waking during the night and over thinking. I also don’t wake due to a very annoying clicking sound from my open mouth.
